I believe you can contact Zwift support and ask them to do that.

My first rides were not calibrated so now my FTP is 255 and my VO2 is 48 (never was there even when I was 50 years younger!). I understand that a recalculation takes place every 90 days, but is there a work around?

If you take a RAMP test, the whole thing is in ERG mode, so you don’t need to switch gears as the workout manages resistance for you.

If you take the 20-minute test, you’ll need to switch gears during the 20-minute portion. The preferred gear would be the one that lets you put out the most power!

Is there a way to search for this please? Thank you

U can adjust the FTP within Zwift manually.

ZWIFT recalculated my FTP and now I am trying to reset the FTP to the correct number. I don’t recall seeing the training screen but I will try to do a new FTP test if I can find it.

Yes, Zwift will estimate your FTP in-game based on your 20 minute power.

When you do the FTP test, do it with ERG on so your warmup is accurate. It will put you into free ride mode when it’s time to do the 20-minute max effort.
