Take a look at the Magnificent 8 route (https://zwiftinsider.com/route/the-magnificent-8/). It has one climb in it, but I think that would be worth it for the length and variety the route has. It’s an event only route, so you would have to find a group ride that uses it, to begin your 24 hours. Good luck!
