Is a MTB still the fastest around this route after the rolling resistance changes in Nov, 23?

With the lead-in it was 16.4 miles today. Use a mountain bike for this route. I used a road bike and this was a drag – at least 4 mph slower than a normal road route.

Did 27k (245el) starting in workout mode on serpetine 8, after that ‘ride on’ to finish route by passing the arch again at about 26.5k. Unfortunately no route complete or badge seen/received. Don’t know if the lead-in might be even longer than the 7.3k…strange thing there.

Badge will be received only after 26,5km, not 19,9km.and 239m.
