Purchased and used the Giant Revolt Advanced Pro frame (298,200 drops) and Reserve 25 GT wheels (11,400 drops). Both are cheap and make a big difference in the effort needed to move your avatar on gravel. There are several wheel options, but I think they all perform the same. I got the least expensive. There are a few better frames if you want to purchase them, but the Giant one is solid and inexpensive. Wheels are the most important, so purchase them at a minimum.

The lead in is rather nice actually. About 3 miles of it is downhill, so you get some “free” miles which helps make up for the extra power you have to put in on the actual loop (gravel). It is a nice warm up so you can really put the power into a loop (or five).

But the loop itself, which starts on the opposite side (not at the fork). The lead-in doesn’t count towards the badge.
So technically, you could go ride AdZ, then do the loop without doing the lead-in.
