Contacted Zwift support but they have yet to correct it, even with photos proving it happened, and they do not seem like they will, basically blew me off. Zwift Insider is amazing, thanks, but this is the second time something like this has happened and the second time Zwift support has blown it off. For $15/month, it’s stuff like this that will make me look elsewhere. Trying to get the Venge S-Works and need all the drops I can get. Hope it doesn’t happen again today.

It looks like the correct one is 1), and this is the one the “bigger loop” page links to. If so, perhaps worth renaming segment 2) to include text of “old” or something like that.
