I just did a one-lap sprint race of this – the segment is of a complete lap (behind the start banners) and doesn’t include start pens to finish line for one lap.

By chance did you only complete one lap? I rode this for the first time ever today but did two laps. I didn’t get credit for the “Cobbled Climbs Reverse” Strava segment on the first lap but did on the second. I’m speculating the Strava segment begins on the wrong side of the exit from the start pens, i.e., the side you only cover shortly after passing through the finish banner.
