Poor route description and bike recommendation. This is predominantly sandy surface, why would an aero bike be the recommendation?

Since Zwift seems determined that all new routes will be the mixed surface nonsense, could you please start including descriptions about how much dirt there is on routes. A simple map with the dirt sections clearly marked would be nice, but I know that Zwift doesn’t want that for some reason.
