In reply to Mike Harrison. Exactly this happened to me today. The route I was sent on was completely different to Greatest London (and Greater London for that matter). For example, it crossed Tower Bridge within the first km which is unlike either route. I was also sent up Fox Hill twice for a total gain of 547m (not 355m as suggested). There's definitely something odd going on because as I approached the distance that would have been the finish line for Greatest London I got the usual countdown for the last few hundred metres of a course which confirmed the course was supposed to be Greatest London but just finished towards the bottom of Fox Hill (again!) with no banner or course completion. Any ideas anyone?

Tried this yesterday (25.11.21) but got routed up Fox Hill (twice!). Additionally there was no “Course Complete” when the distance remaining hit zero. Any suggestions?
