Does the starting point change depending of whether this ride is a Meetup or a free ride? I’ve free ridden this route at 17.3 miles twice before. Today, in a Meetup, the distance was 16.4. Thanks for all of the information provided and the ease of use!

Above, there is an error. ”Route Basics” gives the length as 25.5km, but the route is actually 27.8km

Road with Diesel the other night and although the route was supposed to be “watopia’s waistband” the pace bot was riding “hilly loop/route reverse”.

Do you know anything about this potential error?

This should be a regular route.
What’s the idea behind “event-only” routes anyway? It’s not like you cannot ride it, you just have to do the turns manually, which is a faff when you don’t remember the route precisely yet…
