Thanks for sharing. I had a heart attack following a one hour training session on my ERG bike, back in February 2020. After a quick stent and 4 days in the hospital, I was back to riding in about a month. I had a “false alarm” after a hard finish in a Zwift race in fall 2023. I think I finished 4th, but my wife called for an ambulance as I didn’t feel “normal” following that race. A quick cath at the hospital confirmed that my heart looks great. So I was left wondering, what is my excuse for missing the podium?

Furthermore: Was there any sign of elevated Troponin levels in the initial Lab test.
